Triple Guarantee

Only applies to anyone paying for their own lessons.
Only applies to the lesson you’re currently on, within the first 1.5 hours of a 2 hour lesson.
Once you trigger the Money Back Guarantee, your lesson will be stopped.
You will need to explain why you want your money back.
If paying per lesson, the money for that lesson will be refunded.
If you paid for a block, you will be refunded the amount you paid less any lessons already taken out of the block, charged at the standard Pay as you go rate. For example: you paid £300 for 10 hours and invoke the guarantee in the 5th hour £300-(4x£32) = £172 refund.
All future appointments will be cancelled, and no further bookings will be accepted

You must not have previously taken a driving test and failed.
Only applies to first test taken with Start-2-Drive.
You must pass your Theory Test within 6 weeks of starting lessons.
You must have at least the number of lessons your instructor recommends.
You must have at least 2 hours tuition per week.
You must have passed a mock test before.
Your practical test must be booked when your Instructor recommends.
The Practical Test must be taken in Start-2-Drive's tuition car.
If you fail at your first attempt, you will be required to take at least another 2 hours coaching per week before your next attempt.

Applies to anyone who passes their Practical Test with Start-2-Drive Automatic.
Starts from the day after you pass your test and finishes on the 2nd anniversary.
You are entitled to 2 hours driver coaching in years 1, 2 hrs in year 2.
The entitlement for Year 1 cannot be carried forward to Year 2.
All coaching must be carried out in your own fuelled and road-legal car.
The date, time and place of the coaching sessions must be agreed 6 weeks in advance to accommodate availability.
This warranty cannot be transferred to another person or have any cash value.
The 2 year warranty cannot be used for Pass Plus, Advanced Driver, or Motorway coaching.
